The biggest flaw with that mod in my opinion is that enemies wear armor and clothing THAT YOU CAN'T LOOT. Don’t feel bad about being new to modding, I’m actually relatively new myself. I think that Ultimate Combat + TK Dodge + TK Hitstop are good for a start, but if you want to make your game also harder, Combat Evolved, Revenge of Enemies or similar mods might be for you.
